Vitamin C Brightening Oil Serum is a lightweight oil serum that helps brighten and even the skin tone.  It contains a natural vitamin c that's gentle but effective on the skin. Helps with fading dark marks and textured skin. Can be applied before or after moisturizer.  VEGAN

What’s an Oil Serum? A hybrid formula consisting of a serum phase and an oil phase. It contains active ingredients normally found in Serums blended into a lightweight oil base. The formula is thinner than a traditional face oil but thicker than a serum.
